I am reporting to you the dreadful news - which has been confirmed - that a Serbian Orthodox Priest in the town of Klokot, Kosovo, as well as two Serbian Orthodox students from the Seminary, have been shot!

Apparently the priest and two seminarians were on their way, having just finished celebrating the Holy Divine Liturgy, driving their car from Klokot to Vitina, Kosovo, which is located 30 miles away. This beloved priest and two seminarians were discovered along the road and lying on the ground. The most recent report is that they are in a stable condition and awaiting surgery.

Who shot them?

Did we hear the noise of the bullets?

All those who love one another, and are concerned for one another, heard the bullets!

Did we feel the pain and the agony of the priest and the two seminarians?

All those who love one another, and are concerned for one another, felt these pains deep within our hearts and souls!

Unidentified attackers fired at the car on a rural road, which is located in Kosovo's American sector. The priest's name is the Rev. Father Dragan Kojic; the names of his companions, the seminarians, are not as present known to us. If anyone knows the names of the seminarians, please inform me, as we want to pray for them specifically.

In the meantime, please pray with us for Father Dragan and the two seminarians. Please humbly ask others to pray for them. Help spread this important message to others, who love one another and are concerned for peace and good will among all men in Kosovo!

It has been widely reported that Kosovan Serbs have been the target of numerous acts of violence by the majority ethnic Albanians seeking vengeance. But now a priest and two seminarians? Religious men now targets? Are basic human rights for all citizens in Kosovo now set aside? Is the whole situation now out of control? This type of act makes depressing news, and this is not the first time we have heard about a priest being injured or killed. Please do not forget that last year a priest was found killed and his body dumped in a well, together with other people. Do not let our hearts become cold when we hear about such killings and holy martyrdom's in Kosovo! What is happening to the human rights of all Serbian Orthodox Christians, including their God loving priest, and the seminarians?

Day by day we are hear about this repression against innocent citizens in Kosovo, and day by day we learn that antagonism against the Serbian population is on the increase.

Let's look back to the time before the war: Months before it started, His Holiness Patriarch Pavel led a march of thousands upon thousands of Serbian Orthodox Christians, who went in procession through Belgrade asking for peace and good will among all men in Kosovo and throughout Yugoslavia, and who, of course, never supported the current government in Belgrade.

Did we hear about this march? Have we ever read the Epistles of His Holiness Patriarch Pavel, or His Grace Bishop Aretemije Paschal's message which called for peace and good will among all men. Have we ever read their constant appeals for peace and good will among all men in Kosovo? These Archpastoral messages would astound you, but tragically these words of great Christian love for all citizens in Kosovo have gone unheard.

Three trips were made to America by both His Grace Vladkia (Bishop) Aretemije, and Hieromonk Sava, who both made appeals for help in protecting innocent citizens in Kosovo.

Perhaps now we should humbly ask His Holiness Patriarch Pavel to come to America and pray with us and to ask others to join with him in the cause of peace and good will among all men in Kosovo. If you have ever seen a photograph of this prayerful Patriarch, and heard his prayers and words of great Christian love for all, they you would recognize him as a great God loving Confessor of our times.

Common opinion, sadly enough, seems to be that all Serbian citizens are bad, but this is not the case whatsoever. Why is it that the Serbian Orthodox Christians have become the new targets of this repression? Although you and I know well this has been going on since the war, we have failed to listen or failed to care any longer.

The Serbian Orthodox Church was the first to assist those who suffered from the ethnic cleansing in Kosovo before, during, and after the war!

Who now is helping the Serbian Orthodox Christians? Let me humbly ask again, who?

Who is helping the men, women, and children? The children? The youth? The elderly? The sick and the suffering?

Where are the doctors?

Where is more help coming from?

Where is the protection of all citizens within the Kosovo region?

Where is their law and order, or is it totally out of control?

What action will be taken regarding the attack on the priest and the seminarians?

Or will this be pushed under the carpet?

Shall we hear anything about this on the local news or media?

Are we seeing a cunning and determined plan to push every Serbian citizen out of Kosovo before the future elections?

Will the concentration camp that exists today be filled with more innocent Serbian people who do not support the current government in Yugoslavia?
Why have more then 350,000 Serbian citizens either left out of fear, or been forced to leave Kosovo? To whose glory and honor? For what purpose?

Now to the Serbian Orthodox Churches.
After the war, and particularly in Kosovo, it was reported constantly that 80 Serbian Orthodox Churches and Monasteries had been destroyed!

This number is wrong - it's 81 now, as of today! Does anyone know or care about this?

Two weeks ago a Serbian Orthodox Church was destroyed, and when this happened, laughter was heard among those who were standing nearby - not of course, among the Serbian Orthodox Christians, whose tears of agony fell to the ground. What pain it is to see the Temple of our Lord destroyed, or a Monastery!

Has anyone, we ask, heard on CNN or any news media about the destruction of the Serbian Orthodox Churches, and Monasteries? Not one word!
The Serbian Orthodox Church has been Crucified and continues to be Crucified.

How long shall we hear about these acts of destruction and know that the media will not speak one word of concern or condemnation?

What is it going to take for us to speak out, and cry from the depths of our soul for further peace and good will among all men in Kosovo?

How many more Serbian Orthodox Churches and Monasteries will be destroyed?

Had you seen the book in which I call "The Book Of Tears": "Crucified Kosovo"? 50,000 copies have been printed. Did you get a copy? Do you want a copy? Or do you not want to see these photos of destruction? You would weep when you see in this book of tears the Serbian Orthodox Churches and Monasteries that have almost perished in Kosovo!

Individuals throughout Kosovo who are Serbian Orthodox Christians, have been attacked, Serbian Orthodox Churches have been blown up to the sounds of laughter. Violence has become the norm of the day, and fear of one's life is constant! Farmers cannot work to produce food! Starvation shall be at the doorsteps of many innocent souls in the days to come - and what shall we do to help?

Where are the young children and youth getting their food? Who is providing clothes and much needed shelter? Why are thousands upon thousands of Serbian Orthodox Christians now leaving Kosovo? Is this the final outcome of whom and why? Who shall rule Kosovo? Isn't Kosovo a ethnic country, where all citizens have the right to live and to prevail?

Will the hour come when the protection all people ceases, and the rightful assistance given to all citizens fails?

When is the hour of peace and good will among all men to become reality in Kosovo?

No peace yet, and good will seems to be out of the question at this hour!

Pray for the priest Father Dragan Kojic, and the two seminarians; pray for all the people in Kosovo, and please seek to see what you can do to help those in desperate need of assistance.

Strengthen them, and lift them up from their beds of illness, who have been wounded.

We are Thy servants and love all!
